The ESL/transmission-line Kaya Reference ($19,000 per pair) is Innersound's new top speaker. Its price includes a 600Wpc crossover/amplifier.

Also new from Innersound is the DPR 500 stereo amplifier ($12,000). It produces 500Wpc, but reportedly has the potential to deliver 1000Wpc if the power line is up to providing the necessary juice. Its machined chassis looked crisp and lovely.

The two-way, five-driver Acapella La Campanella ($24,000 per pair) is available in "every color," but doesn't' use Acapella's famed ion tweeter. [www.tricell-ent.com]

Cayin produces 80 different products, and two of the newest are the 15Wpc M6 integrated amp (left), which uses 6NS7 output tubes, and the 35Wpc MT-35, which uses EL34s. Both units include a headphone output and cost $1199 CDN. The new MT-12 integrated (not shown) looks identical to the MT-35, but it uses EL84 tubes to produce 12Wpc. It also costs $1199 CDN.

Made in Italy, the petite Synthesis Onda is an analog AM/FM tuner ($850) that uses a single 12AU7 tube. [www.tricell-ent.com]
