Acrolink makes an extensive line of cables using the company's own ultra-pure wire. New is the 7N-PC7100 ($2400), a 10-gauge power cord that uses 7N (not 6N) pure copper.

You'll soon read a review of AV123's X-ls speakers on GoodSound! The company says they've sold "thousands of pairs" so far. Brand new from AV123 is the $1595-per-pair Strata Mini...

High Water Sound's tagline is "2 Channel with Attitude," and two new products this NYC-based dealer/distributor demonstrated certainly help establish this. Above is the Aspara Acoustics HL1, a 105dB-sensitive two way speaker with, naturally, a horn-loaded tweeter ($10,000/pair)...

...and here is the Thöress 300B 8-watt mono amp ($8000/pair), whose retro look we loved. The amp also comes in a 30-watt version that uses 845 output tubes instead of 300Bs.

The Hagerman Technology Cornet2 tube phono stage ($1000) topped a stack of the company's products.
