Flying Mole introduced two new digital mono
amplifiers at RMAF. On the left are the DAD-M310 monoblocks ($995 each), which output 180
watts into 8 ohms and 300 into 4. On the right are a pair of DAD-M160s ($695 each), which
offer 100 watts at 8 ohms and 160 at 4. The 'M310s sounded
terrific driving Green Mountain Audio Continuum 3 speakers.

Another petite new amp -- but not a digital
one -- is the 50Wpc Stello S100 ($795), the mate for Stello's HP100 headphone amp and
DA100 DAC. Its circuit is based on that of the more costly M200 power amp that Doug
Schneider likes so well.

Legenburg sounds European, but the company is
based outside San Diego. Legenburg cables use patented
"continuous-cast" rectangular conductors of varying sizes. Shown here is the
top-of-the-line Zeus-S speaker cable ($6850). There are Zeus-series power cords, digital
cables, video cables and interconnects as well.
