Nova Audio presented a clean, balanced sound with its new Applause XP loudspeaker ($10,000/pair) driven by the new Threshold STASIS 7.0 power amplifier ($7000) and STASIS-R 5.0 preamp ($5000). The two-way Nova loudspeaker features an aluminum front baffle and contoured side panels. The system imaged precisely and gave a clear view into the music. Associated components in the system included a Wadia 270 CD transport, 27ix DAC, SineLock line filter, and Cardas Neutral Reference cabling.
