Margules Audio presented a very reasonably
priced multichannel-music/home-theater system that exhibited wonderful vocal clarity and
dynamic range while playing back a Charlotte Church DVD. Margules SA1es loudspeakers (only
$250 each!) occupied the five primary channels, while the $1200 Daleth 5.1-channel analog
preamplifier handled volume and switching duties. Amplification was handled by three
Margules ACRH 1.2 hybrid integrated amplifiers ($1400 each). The system was completed with
Vampire cable and an inexpensive DVD player.
