Von Schweikert Audio put on an involving sonic
demo with the new $3995-per-pair VR-4jr loudspeakers -- we hope to review the VR-4jr in
early 2004. Also in attendance in this system were a Spectron Musician III digital
amplifier, Oracle CD player, and Acoustic Zen cabling. The sound was rich and robust, but
with excellent clarity and detail. We were particularly taken with the deep bass from the
